I bring decades of legal experience, dedication, and service to every client we represent. My practice is built on a foundation of discipline, integrity, and excellence developed over a distinguished career in both military and civilian law.

My journey began with service in the U.S. Navy, where I served as Government Counsel, Defense Counsel, and Staff Judge Advocate across multiple naval stations worldwide. Over the course of 25 years in active duty and reserve service, he earned commendations for his leadership and commitment to justice.  I retired at the rank of Commander (0-5).

Transitioning into civilian practice, I have held roles as Assistant Texas Attorney General, Assistant U.S. Attorney, Administrative Law Judge, and Section Chief with the Texas Department of Insurance, before establishing my own law office in 1996. My office provides comprehensive representation with a focus on civil litigation, real estate disputes, consumer law, family law, and business litigation, as well as appeals.

My focus as an attorney, and will be as a judge, is simple: to deliver fairness, justice with integrity, dedication, and unmatched experience.
